| In the wild
this species can be found in mountain forests in 1900 to 2600 m above sea
level. This is a non-succulent, twining species, which can reach a length of about 2 m. The very slim stems bear likewise thin, almost thread-like leaves, which are about 10 cm in length but only 0,2 to 0,7 cm wide. The flowers are quite large. The chinese name of this species is Xia ye diao deng hua. |
