| The
distribution of this species seems to be restrictet to the region of
Niayes in the western Senegal. It may also occur in Gambia, at least its
name appears in flora checklists of the country. Ceropegia praetermissa belongs to the group of the tuber building species. The leaves are heart-shaped and unicoloured green. The flowers are almost white outside, the petals are covered with ruby-coloured hairs. |
