Ceropegia ngoyana is a large, twining species.

The leaves sit on a ca. 3 cm long petiole and are about 4 to 5 cm long. They are heart- to nearly arrow-shaped and have a conspicuously elongated tip.

The flowers are quite similar to those of Ceropegia peulhorum, they are quite large, about 4 cm long and show bag-like formed petals.
