| This species is
a very beautiful plant. It has several stems that all grow from one tuber,
which can reach a size of about 10 cm in diameter. The upright growing, not twining stems bear about 3 cm long leaves, which sometimes show a reddish stripe on the edge. The flowers are very graceful, the united petals are of a slight flesh-coloured brownish pink, turning into a light yellowish green with very fine light brown spots upwards. The petals are light green as well and are heavily spotted with red-brown. |
